Please note vibration in the video is from poor mounting support of the camera, engine runs very smooth. . Short history: Forced to sell due to back problems which keep me from driving or working on it. I will be finishing up small things little by little untill it is sold but for the most part it will remain as pictured. I will say right now, this does not mean i will give it away for nothing, please dont lowball. Built and maintained by ASE Master Yota /Infiniti technician. I bought this MR2 past summer as a project with some big plans. Looked long and hard as i wanted a quality contender with no rust or major accidents. I have the materials for the paint job, but no time nor energy, if it does not sell for asking price in current condition and i end up having to paint it the price will go up 3k and at that time car will be a breath away from absolute mint condition. Included with car for asking price is one Galon of black paint and 1.5 gal of clear coat. Previous owner history: FL car till 05. Southern VA since. Previous owner was in the military, after being shipped out to sea car sat for several years coolant froze and cracked the block, rest is pretty much obvious. New engine was sourced and rebuilt. Current condition/Quick details: Reciepts pictures is only a part of them! New/rebuilt engine roughly 2k miles(professionally done) No rust Southern Car. Accident free carfax. Runs and drives great. Roughly 3k+k in receipts! All OEM toyota parts, for complete list look below Clear coat faded and some pealing spots(Black Pearl paint supplied) Driver seat worn with torn leather(Seat leather on ebay sub 200 bucks) New Parts List, by category, will be missing little things but the key ingredients are there. Rebuilt Engine: -Block decked and bored .5mm over by Abacus Racing -Head resurfaced, valve seals and valve job by The Head Shop -New Yota Pistons -Obviously new gaskets , hoses, water pump and so on, i wont go through the trouble of listing every little detail but for those of you with OCD just let me know and ill be happy to get copies of receipts. Clutch Type 1 way LSD Transmission: -New Fidanza Flywheel -New OEM Yota Clutch -New Seals ofcourse -New Inner and outer Tie rods and rack boots!! Pics below -New Battery. Other: All ignition components new from yota: cap, rotor, wires, plugs New Toyota Radator, yes real toyota unit 400 bucks. New Rear Pads New DRiver Window Motor Used instrument cluster was replaced with a standard unit shortly after i got the car running and found out gas gauge did not work. Turbo was rebuilt by previous owner, some local turbo shop, i did not do any work to it. New Tires up front. Rear tires have some wear but still plenty of life. Light Modifications: -HKS intercooler -3” downpipe, Oem pipe included if requested -HKS complete exhaust-Quiet Problem areas: As stated leather is worn. Windshield is cracked-no point in replacing at this time considering the fact a good paint job should have at least the windshield out. Visibility is not effected. Local place quoted me 160 dollars to replace. No radio-wired up for a Kenwood radio for plug and plan operation. There are several digns RF fender is not a good paint match , but if you were to paint the car it should not be of concern for you Ac belt is missing. I didnt have it when installing the engine and my back does not allow to install it now.Although ac did work prior to engine work.
