I purchased this truck about six years ago; at that time it had about 40k miles. It now has just under 130k miles. Since I've owned the truck the oil has been changed every 3k miles and most of the miles were highway miles as this was what I used to commute to work when I lived in the country. The tires were replaced just under 10k miles ago. The outside of the truck looks fair to good, the paint is still shiny but has a chips hear and there. There is a little spider crack on the wind sheild from being hit by something while on the highway, about a half inch diameter, it's been there for years and has never changed. The inside of the truck is fair, the inside plastic parts are all in very good condition though there are a few places that could stand some scrubbing. The carpet is pretty bad, if I wanted to make this truck look nice I'de probably just replace it, but maybe it could be cleaned? One of the back jump seats has a little tear on the corner. The front seats probably just need to be steam cleaned. The center console seems like the lid might need atention soon, it works but it doesn't seem like it latches as easily as it should. The dome light plastic is missing. The dome light does not reliably shut off when the door closes so I removed the bulb, in doing so I damged the dome light plastic then lost it, witch is why it's missing. The engine runs great and it's never given me any problems (I've only put Chevron gas it and I personally think that helps a lot). The only mechanicle issue with it is every once in a while you have to wait about a second for it to go into first gear. I've heard this is pretty common on Rangers. I had the oil changed and the smog test done about a week ago, so the truck is ready to go with title in hand ready to sign it over.
