1995 Ford F-150 XLT 4wd with Automatic I am selling my 1995 F-150 with an automatic transmission (4R70W) and push button 4wd. The truck does have some mileage, but I have driven it the last 30,000 miles and it never left me stranded. This truck passed PA inspection in February without any problems and the current inspection is good until February 2012. Within the past year this truck has new front brakes and rotors, ball joints, shocks towers replaced, rear spring hangers replaced, new radiator, new rear brakes and the oil is changed every 5000 miles wih Mobil 1. As I said the truck does have some miles, but would make a great dependable work truck or with a little body work simply a nice truck. This truck does have the typical Ford rust over the rear wheel wells. I bought the repair panels for the wheel wells from LMC, but never had the time to fix them. The new panels do go with the truck. The transmission shift extremely well wih no slips or other strange happenings. Again though typical to Ford for this series it does have some torque convertor shudder. A new torque convertor is available from Advance Auto Parts for the 4R70W automatic for $129.99. Other than this and some body work this has been a good truck. The truck has a factory bedliner, AC (works well), power steering, power brakes, power mirrors, electric windows and door locks, power lumbar in the seats and it all works well. The truck has a Class III hitch for towing. I am selling this truck simply because I no longer need one. My boat is sold so I have nothing to tow and the cash could be better used elsewhere.
