Vehicle Detail
Spring is here! Now is the time to get into a new classic ride and enjoy the fresh air. Fresh pictures posted from 03.26.11. This is a completely custom 1965 VW Beetle in excellent condition in all facets. It is the perfect blend of original and custom in the finish style. Paint and interior are exceptional on this unique vehicle. This car runs great and will turn more heads than you can ever imagine. Don't buy it, if you don't want to talk about it - EVERYONE wants to look at it and talk about it. I had a 1969 Corvette Convertible before this car and it did not come close to the attention this car attracts. I can't even begin to list everything that is on this car (there is a older list in the pictures). Completely built 2180 Stroker with MSD Ignition, new MSD Blaster Coil, new MSD distributor, new wires and plugs, Holley Red Fuel Pump, Freeway Flyer Transmission, Dual Weber 44s, Optima Red Top battery, header, and Fat Tube Ceramic exhaust. White interior with black tweed "flamed" door panels and headliner, Autometer guages, power windows, and DVD player. Incredible stereo system with Pioneer head unit, Kicker amp, Kicker component speakers and 12" Kicker sub. Exterior is perfect Copper/Burgundy custom paint, shaved trim, Glass Action +2" fender, frenched Acura tail lights, and 17" Billet Specialties rims. I have over $20,000 in receipts from previous owners in a binder (a few pictures, internet documentation, and manuals). There is so much more to list. The car was a multiple show winner for the previous owner - I've never entered any. Everything is documented in a completed restoration manual. There is a older summary spec sheet in the picture section. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Great value for the price. Only minor repairs needed to bring to A-1 condition - broken speedometer cable, ground short in the stereo system, seat belt on passenger side not working, and carpet on rear passenger side damaged. Contact me for more information and questions. Reason for selling is simple. I don't have time for the car and have moved out of my "old car" phase. Car is being sold "as-is". This is a really good car, but there are no implied warranties or guarantees with it. Car is being sold "where-is". Buyer is responsible for pick-up and/or delivery after purchase. Car is "For Sale" locally. Seller has the right to terminate this ad at any time without notice. Title is in-hand. True mileage is unknown. I have probably put 500 miles on the car in past 2 years.
