Classic Daily Rider. BMW 75/5 original silver with hand painted blue pin stripes. Black frame. Bike has great curb appeal, however close examination will show a few chips and stains in the paint (several chips in paint around headlight ring). This is a 40 year old classic that you can ride every day. Metzlers' are nearly new, brakes are in good shape. Cylinder and head gaskets are new, tank valves are nearly new. Recently de-carboned. Valves, rings and pistons look good. Easy starter with electronic ignition (rarely use chock, even in cool weather. Battery good, new starter relay. Some new wiring in headlight bucket. Original style grips and pegs in good cond; seat cover like new. Tranny and clutch seem ok. I ride this bike three or 4 times a week.... to work and on an occasional 2-300 mile trip. Original polished aluminum turn signals. Original manual and tool kit. Bike is being sold as-is with no warranty. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, however I will be glad to coordinate with your shipper for pick up. I will deliver the bike within a 100 mile radius of Tallahasse at no charge. Has nearly new battery and plug wires with original style metal caps. I've replaced many bolts with s/s. Added the electronic ignition about 2 years ago; makes for easy starts and no more burned points.
