Let me first start by saying that I have owned a lot of cars over the years and this one really won my heart. I truly love this wagon. I have had this car serviced at my local specialty foreign car mechanic. I have all service receipts. The most recent service done to the wagon was front and rear suspension, alignment, and all around new Michelin tires. The previous owner was my aunt and uncle who bought the car new, and had it serviced at their local Mercedes Benz dealer. This wagon has some serious power, it is a true highway machine. I estimate that is gets 33 mpg city/highway. I have kept this car very clean, and have driven it very gently. I have taken it on many long trips. This wagon made the long drive very easy and pleasurable. I am able to respond to any inquiries by emails, and have attached many photos. On Feb-22-11 at 21:45:00 PST, seller added the following information: Some questions I have answered compiled, If anything My wagon has been serviced regularly.... maintenance booklet with service stamps -- I have carbon copy receipts AC blows cold -- The A/C didn't work in the spring/summer of this year, I brought to shop and they replaced a relay or switch or fuse.. and had system charged. I will be more than happy to upload engine compartment or e-mail to you directly.. This is seven seater with rear seat stowed in pictures I will post pictures Mint seats on 3rd row rear facing.. There is surface rust only under front driver wheel well and very very slight in driver door i will take detailed photos.. Wagon was towed on a flatbed once from my home to service station...reason for tow was glow plug, *8 months ago Serviced trans in 2010 Timing chain .. before I owned dated 2004 First owner was smoker Once in a great while in summer I still think I smell?? hard to tell.. might be.. Just put new tires and had front and rear suspension and steering serviced as well as alignment (9 weeks ago) I live in Chicago IL pretty cold winters...It has engine block warmer.. I have never used .. Always started fine In winters as long as you service with right oil.
