Vehicle Detail

Im here to sell my 1978 Ford Bronco's! The First one... I am the second owner of this truck and it has 113,xxx miles on it. It has been well taken care of and isn't beat up like you usually find in these older fords. It has a 400M with 351 CLEVELAND heads on it. True clevelands, and the cleveland intake manifold aswell. An NP435 4spd with GRANNY LOW 1st gear backed up with a NP205 transfer case. Factory Motorcraft 4130 2BBL carbuerator, a Mild low end torque RV towing cam. This truck has a MEAN sound... All body sheetmetal was replaced a few years back. It has new front fenders on it, and a new hood. new rear quarter skins and a new tailgate. The truck was Painted with laquer paint and everyone knows what happens to that when it's out in the sun.. It cracks BAD. So when i got it i shot it with an automotive enamal finnish because its extremely hard and tough. Also i rebuilt the rear axle 100% with the exception of axle shafts Heres a list off the top of my head of all the new/ good parts Brand new Yukon grizzly locker- $425 New rear wheel cylinders-$27 New brake lines- $115 New alternator- $109 New headlight buckets-$70 NOS silver/black grill- $125 NOS tail lights-$90 New rims/tires less than 500 Miles-$1300 New Locking hubs-$120 New plugs-$15 New clutch that i had from another truck-$280 New brake drums-$60 New brake pads-$12 New lund sunvisor-$120 New coil-$40 New fuel pump-$60 New choke linkage/cable-$20 New e-brake cable-$27 Older almost mint cond front bumper-$175 NOS doors-$500 New exaust system from the y-pipe back-$248 The previous owner undercoated this truck every year so the frame is CLEAN Theres a whole lot more, Now the bad... Nobody makes a body tub, so the rear most section behind the drivers seat is rusted away, as are the rocker panels.. Ive welded in patch panels in alot of areas, but they arent very good looking, They serve the purpose though. This truck is not a RUST bucket, it has its rust, but it is VERY manageable and with someone who knows what they are doing its an easy fix. . It has an exaust leak at the manifold, I can fix it, i just never got around to doing so. The Ammeter guage doesnt work, But everything else on the cluster does The dome light needs bulbs The headliner has a small hole in it from the wiring for the lightbar Has a little bit of overspray on the rear bumper and also some surface rust Red interior doesn't match the blue/white paint If your not careful and "dump the clutch" the locker will engage and on icy roads this can be a problem if you don't respect the vehicle and drive it properly Overall this truck was very well taken care of and it's a WORKHORSE this Bronco will get you through anything. I did my best to care for this truck and take as best care of it as i could, I just have too many projects. I constantly have older gentlemen in their 50's and 60's coming up to me and askig about this truck and how they haven't seen one this clean in a while and how "they dont make cars like they used too anymore" its a real head turner and a real nice driver. I have no complaints about it what so ever. I just painted my other bronco and did a complete restoration on it. I can no longer afford to insure 3 trucks and a car and no longer have the space to keep them either. The town is on my back about having too many vehicles in my driveway as it is so one needs to go. I HATE to part with this truck and just want to see it go to a good home and a loving family. Someone who will really appreciate it for what it is and take good care of her. The 78/79 bronco is the first of the "big" bronco body style and are the rarest. The Second one! 1978 Ford bronco, I am the 3rd owner of this truck and bought it from someone who wasn't very smart when it came to these old fords.. It has a 429 swaped in, #'s matching.. C-6 trans with an NP205 transfer case behind it. The rear is a DANA 60 Full Floater with 4.56 gears and then front it as Dana 44 with 4.10's This truck is very beat up but does have an extremely solid drive train and a rust free tub ( just beat up), a set of 35x12.5/R15 tires on it with decent thread. It would be perfect to buy for just the motor and drivetrain, or to restore! to go along with both the trucks I have roughly another $2000 in NOS ford parts and RARE trim pieces that will be included in this sale as well
