Offered -1964 Volvo PV544 Sport. Solid running.Many new parts-bushings, brakes, battery, starter and shocks all around ..The photo with the rainbow is a vintage shot of this car from a long time ago. Weber carbureator conversion.Needs tires, radio and interior.Headliner is in good shape with some small tears in the back corners.Temp gauge does not work.Some surface rust..mostly in floor pans.Clean dry trunk with original rubber mat.No spare tire, just a rim.Rust on part of front right fender can be patched oryou can easily replace the fender. Drivers side seat rail need a spot weld. The car comes with one ignition key and has a push button starter switch.(the ign switch had a notoriously weak spring and was bypassed). You still need the key to start the car. A previous owner bondo-ed the fender to the body to eliminate fender welt.This can be easily restored. This car is a head turner in present condition.Zips down the freeway (interstate) at the speed limit. Please look at all the pictures.Ask questions before bidding and buying. California buyers-this car comes with original black California plates.Out of state buyers get a $100. deduction for the plates.The plates will stay on the car with a bona fide sale to a CA buyer. The original owner passed by and sent me some vintage photos. As far as I can tell this car has always been in southern California as it has the original plates. Please do not ask me if I think you could drive the car back to Indiana, Ohio, New Jersey or the Bahamas.This is a 47 year old car. I drive it around town locally and only take it 10-15 miles on the highway tops.The car has never stranded me.
