Up for auction: 1980 Jeep CJ7 225 Straight 6 Runs good and has good power. Still has all emissions components hooked up and passes smog, but it could probably run a little better with some carb tweaking or a new carbuerator. It has a small exhaust leak at flange Power steering is tight and works good. Automatic transmission is very solid and shifts great All 4 wheel drive components work good Floor boards and tub are in good shape and rust free As far as we know it was always a southern Jeep in the Las Vegas area- do dry areas Interior is is all rhino lined It has very nice leather Ford Escape grey 6 way power bucket seats mounted on the original Jeep jumpseat frames. (very very nice) Seats are hooked up so the power works. Wiring on the Jeep is fairly clean. Needs a fan motor switch. The factory fuel gauge doesn't work, but there is an aftermarket gauge installed that does. All lights (headlights, brakelights, tail lights, turn signals) work great. The wipers work The windshield is perfect, no chips or cracks. Has stainless windshield frame hinges, mirrors, and grill. Running gear is all stock. Front disc brakes Aftermarket Warn Gold hubs Suspension lift with newer shocks and aftermarket heavy duty shackles. Very nice 15 x 10 aluminum wheels with almost brand new 33 x 12.50 x 15 BF Goodrich All Terrains- 90% or better. Jeep has custom front and rear bumpers Has chrome plated steel rock sliders Overall this Jeep is very solid and clean. There is not a perfect paintjob on it, but if you step back 10 feet it looks awesome. It is something that looks great on the highway, but can still take offroad without worrying about branches and scratches. Jeep will be a good deal for somebody. It has a lot of really cool features already and can be something that can be driven while fixed up to whatever standards a person wants. Looks great the way it is. This Jeep does have a brand new Best Super Soft Top and a Jensen White Marine CD player, but these will only be included in the Jeep if the price goes above 4800.00. Both of these items are very expensive, so unless the price is met, we can just use them in our other Jeep. Please contact me for any questions you might have.
