41 Chevy cab over engine flatbed truck has 283/4 speed trans with granny low gear. Ran when parked (1999) won't start now, turns over and fires on starting fluid then dies (carb dirty?) Brakes are gone, Cab has minor rust and dents, complete except for front bumper. Have title in my name. Scrap prices are up right now, you can probably get $500 for the frame and running gear.
