Vehicle Detail
Please read this first, I am not accustomed to starting my auctions this way, but this is the third time I am listing this truck for sale! If you DO NOT have the funds AVAILABLE to purchase this vehicle, then DO NOT BID!! If you are going to finance this through a bank or finance company, get that out of the way BEFORE you even think of BIDDING on this truck. A $500 deposit is required through PayPal at the end of auction, and is NON REFUNDABLE!!. If you choose to pay the balance by PayPal, then include 3% additional to cover their fees as well. This is a 5 (FIVE) day auction. I am selling a1999 Ford F250 super duty powerstoke diesel crew cab truck. It runs and drives very well. I am selling this for a friend. The transmission was rebuilt and upgraded to a tune of about $2500, and when doing so, they rebuilt it to handle heavy hauling and loads. It has also had the injectors serviced, as well as the seals, valve cover gaskets, engine wiring harness, etc. Both batteries and front tires are also new. The carpeting was also replaced as the original was soiled. Both headlights have been replaced as the originals were too yellowed to be used safely. The truck has a nice leather interior, power windows, locks steering etc, heat and A/C and C/D player. My friend purchased it to haul his race car around (honda) on the weekends, and to move things around with. The reason for selling is that he is getting married, and doesnt have that much time anymore, so the truck mainly sits around unused. The truck is a 4x4, but the front drive shafts and driveshaft have been pulled (previous owner) for fuel economy. When the transmission was rebuilt, the transfer case was inspected and found to be in good shape. All receipts of work done will be included with the truck. If you wanted 4x4 again, then a pair of front shafts would be required. The front driveshaft is of course included. Otherwise, the truck works as 2wd. The truck does have a lift, and does come with the front and rear bumpers as pictured. There is a plate for the goose neck hitch, it just needs to have a ball installed onto it. There is at present no tailgate, as this was recently damaged while moving a heavy refridgerator. I have taken many pictures to give bidders an accurate description of what the vehicle looks like. There are some dings, small dents and scratches, but the truck looks good. The underside photos show a clean chassis and underbody. The engine runs strong and pulls great. The turbo is strong and engages as it should. There is no smoking or leaking on this vehicle. I have personally used this truck many times, including a trip to California, and it never let me down. The damage to the vehicle consited of the front fender and headlight assembly. This was corrected by the previous owner, and was evidently prior to the installation of the front cattle guard. The current owner has a small bank note on the vehicle, so I encourage the winning bidder to pay the balance from bank to bank, or deal with the owner and his bank to transfer title. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.
