Here is a video of the car running, taken last week: 1985 Pontiac Fiero with custom body. Bought this car as a project, but cannot complete at this time. The car has had extensive work done. Has a custom made Corvette front end, rear panel replacing the factory tail lamps, quarter panel scoops, custom panels replacing the factory deck lid grills, vented rotors and Beretta brake upgrade all over, Fiero Store rear sway bar, Lowering springs (I believe 1"), GT honeycomb black wheels, Camaro seats, new headliner, custom headlights. Handles and brakes well. E-brake works, tires are good, rims are from an 87 GT. SHock absorvers seem to be very recent. Car starts and runs, cold A/C, no leaks, no smoke, no overheating. However, it is sold as a project car. Car will have to be towed and check the mechanical conditions. Although it runs, it shifts hard into 3rd. gear. It can be driven, but I would not risk causing more damage. Engine starts at first, there are no leaks. Dash has a couple of cracks. Only the driver’s side has a rip on the bolster, gauges and windows work. Will need bodywork and new paint to make it perfect. Was originally red, painted graphite color. Bring your trailer and cash, complete this project and have a one-of-a-kind car. Sold at a fraction of the price invested. Sold as is, no warranties of any kind. Sold as a project car. The car has excellent potential, and do not want to discourage buyers, but it does need work. At this price, it is a bargain, as it would cost a lot more to get this body kit. The car will require some fiberglass work to eliminate small cracks, then repaint it. Do not buy this car if you intend to use it day one without checking it and fixing it. Do not buy it if you are not sure you can handle this project. I can make arrangements to see the car any day, Monday thru Friday 8-5 or Saturday 8-3PM.
