1988 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible It’s Almost… “Springtime in Sweden” This car has been my pride and joy since I purchased it from Lindquist Motors in Culver City California in March of 1990. It was a dealer repo with 5323 miles on it so I am technically the second owner. From 1990 through most of 1995 I traveled for my work so this vehicle spent very little time on the road and was always garaged. From April 1995 through December 15, 2005 it was my 5 day-per-week daily driver for my 46 total miles per day round trip all freeway commute, local shopping, and the occasional driving vacation. It was parked in covered parking during the day at work and garaged each night at home. Since December 2005 it has been garaged and only used as an occasional weekend driver. 99% of the maintenance and repairs on this vehicle were done by Viking Motors (Saab & Volvo specialists) in Laguna Hills, CA or another of two Swedish car mechanics in Orange County, CA. I have saved all the maintenance and repair receipts and vehicle documentation in a three ring binder. This is a beautiful daily driver with a few minor cosmetic and mechanical issues which are listed below. I have attempted to accurately describe and document this car with photos to give an honest representation of its current condition. The listing photos were taken only a few days prior to posting this auction. The "CAL SAAB" license plate was photo-shopped. Actual California license plate is a non-vanity plate. An important note about the deposit: I have tried very hard to accurately represent this vehicle in the description and photos. If the auction winner fails to make the full payment within 7 days of the auction close, the $500 deposit will not be refunded as I will have to pay eBay listing and sale fees with it.
