1999 FORD F250 REGULAR CAB SUPER DUTY PICKUP "THE CREAMPUFF" TWO OWNERS SINCE NEW I'VE OWNED THIS TRUCK SINCE 2001 BODY AND DRIVETRAIN IN GREAT SHAPE 178,000 MILES NEW GLOW PLUGS, STARTER, BATTERIES STAINLESS MAGNAFLOW EXHAUST + K&N AIR FILTER = 15 TO 16 MPG IN CITY HAS RCVD DOT-APPROVED MAINTENANCE LAST 10 YEARS NEEDS NOTHING HOP IN AND DRIVE BACK TO HOME SWEET HOME ALABAMA! PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PAY! A novice bidder won this truck last week, and then decided he could not pay for it. That's why I've relisted my Ford F250 pickup truck with 7.3 liter diesel V8, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes. Regular cab, 2-wheel drive, one-piece vinyl bench seat. Executive's personal truck. Kept in heated garage. This truck cranks fast and starts quick, even in sub-freezing weather. Drives like new. Body is in great shape. Nicknamed "The Creampuff" by my employees. Synthetic oil changes exclusively for last ten years. I am a salesperson for my company, so this truck usually carried nothing except me. Check out the photo of the little-used bed. Here's some of the features: Extendable trailer towing mirrors and factory trailer towing package (hitch receiver, heavier alternator and springs). Air conditioning and heat will blow you away. Factory radio with 6-disc CD player. Tilt wheel. Cruise control. Engine block heater with AC plug (in grill - never had to use it, but it works). Interior has been steam-cleaned since pix were taken. Truck has received DOT-approved maintenance for last 10 years - needs nothing. Stainless-steel, low-restriction Magnaflow exhaust (4") with transferrable lifetime warranty. K&N filtercharger air filter. The Magnaflow and K&N are GREAT for mileage - this big, heavy truck now gets 15 to 16 MPG in city driving! I needed the "Creampuff" to look and run great for my sales calls, so we recently added some new parts: New starter and starter relay New Interstate diesel batteries (2). New thick, black Lariat padding and carpeting and embroidered mats (large "Ford" logo in white script letters). Added to quiet the diesel clatter - truck is now enjoyable on long cruises. Truck was repainted about 2 years ago. Small knicks and door dings were repaired at that time. Black bumpers and grille were exchanged for chrome. The extendable trailer towing mirrors were added at that time. Here's the demerits: Manual roll-up windows and manual locks. Some salt damage to the edges of the original factory alloy rims. Few rust spots on the bottom edge of the tailgate (NOT Ford steel - this was a replacement gate due to damage - a couple years from now, do yourself a favor and buy a Ford gate). I have been advised that the "Autocheck" indicates 4 accidents including an air bag deployment. THIS IS NOT CORRECT. I have owned this truck since 2001. I HAVE THE PAPERWORK. IT HAS NEVER BEEN IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT. IT HAS NEVER LOST AN AIRBAG. These car history reports are often inacccurate. I recently bought a sports car from Florida with about 4,600 miles. A one-state car it's whole life. I spoke to the mechanics at the dealership who serviced it. "Carfax" reported that the car was located and titled in Quebec with over 150,000 miles on the odometer!
