For those of you who dont know about this car please take a minute to check out this website http://www.benzinsider.com/2007/03/mercedes-history-the-201-series-1982-1993/ I waited a long time for a 2.6 5 speed to pop up, and when I finally found one it did not disappoint. This car is fast, smooth, handles great, great tuning radius, and this car stops on a dime (the best stopping car ive ever driven). It has a sport interior that is different then the Sportline(1992-93) and the 16v(1986-87) 190e interior, I not found another like this. Im selling because I miss my old e30 and i want to get another, and right now i have too many cars to justify buying an additional car so one has to go. Car is in great mechanical condition, goes down the road straight, starts right up, leaks nothing, no strange sounds. Has been my daily for a while and has not let me down. Car has a few issues, which will be fixed if I have the time. Oil pan is patched with JB Weld __ (new oil pan is $128 shipped). Odometer is broken but mileage is documented and true mileage is close to what the odometer reads, I also have a replacement odometer. Chipped rear light. Sun fade on hood, trunk, and roof. Needs parking break pads (have rebuild kit). Some vents blow cold while others blow hot. Rear driverside window is not working(have new motor). Central locking is not working (have replacement central locking pump). Dings in driverside fender. A few small rust spots but no through rust. Please ask any questions and if possible I recommend that you see the car in person.I will most likely just let it run, but the car is for sale locally and i reserve the price to end early.
