Hello everyone! K&K Racing and Restorations is now getting ready for this years racing season, and find the need to sell off a few of our back burner projects, and spare inventory!! This is your opportunity to purchase some truly unique vehicles and parts.. We are listing in this auction a truly fine example 1959 Austin Healey Bug Eye Sprite body.. The body had been stripped , checked and put in a primer coat awaiting paint and reassembly.. There is absolutely no rust through anywhere that was found, and no damage.. This car would be the Perfect starting point for your concourse restoration..This car is an original California car with racing history from 1960/1961 on the West Coast before being sold and re-titled in New Jersey..The original dash board will be included in this auction and still bears the original racing plaques from it's events in this time period.. We had intended to make this one into another race car, but felt it was actually too nice!! In this auction we will also include a late 60's MG Midget donor roller body, with complete wire wheel suspension.. Update as of 2-28-11: Please note, this auction contains not only this awesome body shell, but indeed comes with all the parts it originally came with, and can be reassembled to it's finished state according to the information Gregg updated me with today! Yes, engine and transmission are included as well as it's hoop roll bar as raced in the early 60's, with seat, dash w/plaques, ect..
