It has a few minor cosmetic issues, but mechanically and electronically (where it really counts), this Jeep is 100% ready for whatever you throw at it. The engine fires right up and runs like a top. I've owned several Jeeps with the 4.0L engine and the power, torque and longevity of these engines is LEGENDARY. Even with 180K miles, this engine still purrs, pulls hard and doesn't smoke a bit. The transmission and transfer case work just as well with smooth, effortless shifts, excellent clutch pedal feel and excellent clutch engagement. And, it has a solid transfer case that shifts in and out of 4WD with no problems. The front and rear differentials are seeping fluid a little bit, but the engine, transmission and transfer case are all clean and dry. The beefy 31"X10.5" tires ride nice on the street and still provide good off-road traction. With the Skyjacker shocks, the overall drive is stiff and somewhat bouncy, but it rides like a Jeep is suppose to. All the other mechanical components are in good condition from the suspension to the shocks to the rear differential and beyond...this Jeep needs nothing to drive and enjoy today.

Cosmetically, the interior and exterior look very good with only minor issues. Inside, this Jeep really only has a couple issues of note to mention. The first is a small cut on the vinyl in the side of the driver's seat (see pic below). The other is some fading of the color on the top of the door panels and a small crack in the plastic on top of the driver's side door panel (see pics below). Other than those two items, there are a few light scuffs on the door sills and the carpet has a few small stains, but a little wax and carpet cleaner will fix those problems. Other than those minor items, the interior looks great. Outside, the body and paint are in very good condition with no visible rust on the body and only minor surface rust on the undercarriage. The frame is solid as a rock by the way. The body has no dings or dents to speak of, but does have some scratches and paint chips here and there. The grille has multiple tiny paint chips, the hood has a few tiny chips on the leading edge, the left fender has a couple tiny chips, the left door has some light scratches and medium size chips on the door hinges. There are several scratches under the driver's door. The left 1/4 panel has a couple scratches and the black painted gas lid could stand to be repainted, but really looks fine as it is. The rear trunk door has a couple scratches, the right 1/4 panel has a couple light scratches, the right door has some chips on the edge and scratches below the door like the left side. The right front fender looks nice. The right side mirror has a medium size chip in the black painted bracket, but the left side mirror and bracket look nice. The hard top looks great as does the soft top. The alloy wheels have some minor brake dust etching and some light scratches in the clear coat in a few spots. The windshield has a small chip on the driver's side edge, but this Jeep just passed our stringent VA State Inspection with flying colors! All of the paint issues listed above are minor and could easily be repaired with some good buffing and/or touch-up paint. The metallic paint itself shines brightly and looks very good. The only issue of note on the exterior are on the tubular bumpers. The front bumper actually looks pretty good with only a few minor surface rust spots. Its the rear bumper that needs some sanding and a repaint. There are multiple rust spots, none of which are rusting through, but the rust is bubbling the paint in spots. One of the plastic end caps is missing on the rear bumper too. So, other than the rear bumper, the entire outside of our Jeep looks really nice.
