Beautiful 1st year 1971 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser Wagon with wood sides. Vinyl is in very good condition with only two small defects. Car is from Kentucky and RUST FREE! I drove the car on a 1600 mile trip this summer and got 16-17 mpg at 65 MPH using regular gas. Runs and shifts great with no oil consumption. Very quiet and smooth. Interior is in showroom condition with perfect seat, headliner, load floor covering and glass. New tires and brakes work perfectly. All seats fold and tumble correctly including the forward facing rear seat. (please see photos). This is the first year of the "Clamshell" tailgate where the door panel drops below the load floor and the back glass rises above the headliner. It works well from the rear key location and works intermittently from the dashboard switches. The car has cold A/C (R-12 refrigerant), tilt wheel, and working power door locks. This Oldsmobile has been part of my 19 car collection but my wife has given me the "or else" and therefore I am reducing my collection. The radio needs repair. This is an excellent example of this rare car and the wood sides really set the car's appearance off. NADA "average" value is $11,125.55 and $19,375.00 for "high value".
