If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, you find a SUBSTANTIAL discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund the purchase price. In the event the vehicle is shipped, this policy still applies, however, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping is the obligation of the buyer. All buyers pay a $75.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee; these fees are to cover the cost of vehicle prepping, phone calls, overnight mailings, temporary license plate, notary, and other document handling costs that might be incurred through the delivery process. In addition P.R.S. Cars must collect a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax, which is (.002306) of the purchase price (i.e. $23.06 per $10k spent) from all purchasers. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable county fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own registration, taxes, and fees in their own states. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. P.R.S. Cars will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. As such it is the required responsibility of the buyer inspect the car himself before shipping or to have a 3rd party inspector of the buyers choice inspect the car before shipping.
