Vehicle Detail

2000 Toyota Tacoma Regular Cab, 2.7 4 cyl 5 spd alloy wheels 4wd manual locking hubs (front) sliding rear window. A/C works great. 4wd works great. Motor oil change due in 500 miles. All other diffs, tranny, coolant etc was changed/flushed at around 3k ago. I work from home so I only have driven about 10k miles in the last 4-5 years. This truck will last another ten years with minor maintenance. I've only had to do the wear stuff like, brakes, tires, fluids, battery etc. Vehicle will be cleaned up if someone wants to see it. It could use a good vacuum and cleaning but trust me it does clean up nice. Lots of ground clearance. It has the 15x7 31.5 BF Goodrich's on it now. They are in good shape but have a couple of slow leaks somewhere (takes months for them to air down). Bed has a spray in liner that is in excellent shape. Undercoating done annually for years. If the frame ever rusts out Toyota will buy this for 1.5 times book value. You can verify this on the internet. What to be aware of: I believe this truck has the original exhaust. It is still reasonably quiet but it likely the first thing I would to upgrade or replace with a quality OEM reproduction or such as it has lasted 10+ years without issues. The vehicle needs new front brake pads. Not sure about the back. The belts were checked out okay 3k ago when I had all the fluids changed. When I purchased the vehicle in Aug of 2004 the windshield gasket was bad up top by the passenger side corner. I had the window pulled out and a new gasket installed. There is a rust spot there that should be addressed to keep in fashion with the rest of the vehicle (which is rust free). The original rear bumper is still on it. These are also known to degrade and trust me she's degraded. A nice one can be found online to replace it for a couple hundred bucks. The truck does have a class III hitch and wiring harness. I have pulled trailers, had lots of gravel in the back etc. The motor might be a 2.7 buts its torquey and gets the job done. Drives nicely on the highway at anywhere from 55-75/80 without making you feel like you are driving a short wheel base truck with 10 inches or more ground clearance. email with questions. I wish Toyota would buy this back from me but I have had it inspected annually and it does not have issues. I don't want to get rid of it but I need the money. Title in hand. No joyrides.
