This is a 1959 Chevrolet Parkwood Custom. It has been shortened about 4 feet. It has a 350 4 bolt main with new crank, rods and mains machined to match, new high volume oil pump, new .030 flat top pistons, rings, new Crane 490 cam, new intake, high rise valve covers, new timing chain, 202 double hump heads, water pump, ect. Engine was complete rebuild with less than 400 miles on it and have new noisy gear drive to go with. It has a 350 turbo trans in it, custom drive shaft and ford 9 inch rear end. It has new springs in the front but needs some adjustment to rear to be harder, maybe steering box has too much play in it. The car does have a few rough spots on it and needs cleaned up, has rust around rear glass chrome and side chrome but have all replacement chrome for it and extra side glass to go with car, very hard to find. It has a messed up rear window crank and I had to weld a socket under latch to open but have a replacement comple latch to go with car. Speedometer reads wrong but have replacement original speedometer to it but did not fix so mileage was correct. It needs some new rubber seals around back window and inside of doors. The glass on both front windows have a crack in them due to when I purchased it but cost less than 50 a piece to replace. front floor pans needs re fixed looks like someone tried, like I said TRIED but no one did it right, FRAME is solid, no rust, pits, scratches. interior was done in 1987 in black diamond plate but is still in really good shape. I just added an original steering wheel to it because someone put a 6inch wheel on it. Car has Craiger SS on it in pretty good shape and has all original 4 wheel drum brakes. This car is nice, has some imperfections but in good shape. I am hoping to sell at the right price or trade for a lamborghini replica with V8 if it is right.
