Vehicle Detail

It's titled with a clear 1949 Ford truck title. It is on a 1929 model a frame, 1949 Ford cab and box, cab is chopped 4 inches and channeled, box has been shortened approx 16 inches, front end, rear end and manual disc brakes are from a 93 Camaro, has a couple older racing style buckets mounted in it, tail lights are from a early sixties Ford something, headlights are police car spotlights, front turn signals are clearance lights, lights and turn signals work as they should. 1969 Chevy 350 with camel back heads, Holley 4 barrel. This thing really moves, the secondaries aren't even hooked up right now and this thing flies. It might be scary if the secondaries were operating correctly. I drove it about 300 plus miles this past summer and it actually drove pretty decent down the road, doesn't wander wheel stays straight. Ran 180-190 degrees then the last time I drove it got to about 205 so I parked it and haven't driven it since I did replace the electric fan with a better higher flow fan then ran it for 45 minutes or so and it didn't pass 185 degrees so I think that's cured but can't run it down the road being winter time in Michigan. 350 Chevy trans. works fine I shift it manually if you want it to shift itself just put the vac. line back on the trans. I plated it with a historic plate and classic insurance it costs nothing to have around as a toy. This thing gets a ton of attention no matter where you go. I can park it next to 50,000 cars at a car show and this thing gets more looks, comments, waves, questions than any of those beautiful classics. This thing is a great attention getter for your business throw your logo on the side and get tons of exposure. We also built a wood frame and mounted in the box then put a thin sheet of wood on hinges and painted it black so it resembles a tonneau cover but being on hinges you can stand it up like a billboard to advertise for your business. I will pull my vinyl logos off before it's leaves. Paint is a $30 spray job. It has rust spots, it has bondo it's a rat rod. I'll post picks of all of that by Tuesday. Has lexan front and rear windows and no side windows. This truck was 2/3 done when I bought it 2 years ago I just tinkered with the little stuff like lights and such. Previous owner had the chop and suspension work done by a shop in California. It's rough it's a rat it's supposed to be but it really does run down the road good and is a ton of fun to drive. $500 down payment via Paypal due within 72 hrs. the balance due within 7 days. Truck will not leave until all funds have cleared my bank. Buyer will be responsible for their shipping set up and costs. Any questions please ask I will do my best to answer. I reserve the right to end the auction early do to local sale. ThanksOn Feb-16-11 at 16:44:47 PST, seller added the following information: Has aluminum water pump, pulley, trans. cooler., intake. New under the floor master cylender. No fuel guage. Has headers with shorty glass packs. Needs tires. Drivers side outside door handle works but not inside. Passenger side only the inside handle but with no side windows it's easy to reach your handles from the inside or out.
