1971-72 FORD MUSTANG MACH-1 SCJ 429 SCJ TRIBUTE Offered for sale is my 1972 Mach 1 Tribute car with an ultra rare real deal Super Cobra Jet drive train from front to rear out of a totaled out J code 1971 Mach-1 Super Cobra Jet car VIN # 1F05J138431. This is one of only 602 SCJ's that were produced. How rare is this 429 SCJ now? This is a guaranteed to be a real SCJ 429. Drivetrain that was reborn into a 1972 rust free 302 V-8 mustang. The factory a/c was left on car for comfort. Freshly restored 3 years agoand has never been driven in the rain. It has a new ram air system that works correctly, has the top loader 4-speed, staggered shocks, 9" nodular rear end with 355 gears and detroit locker with posi. The 391 gear was replaced for gas mileage. This car is highly detailed, underneath as well as the rest of car. All body parts from top to bottom are 100% rust free. The car has won numerous awards including Best Ford Muscle Car at Goodguys Bowling Green KY in 2009. This alone speaks for high quality of this car. This car draws crowds where ever I chose to show it. Plus has the most awesome sound of a stock appearring muscle car you will ever hear. Never runs hot in traffic, and could be driven home or shipped. One interested party wanted to give me a fresh 351 Cleveland engine and install it for me if I would give him this SCJ 429 engine, of course I said no thanks.
