TRANSMISSION: Automatic transmission shifts normally INTERIOR: Looks very good. Leather seats are above average for a 1998 car. Needs driver side lock knob but door locks and opens functions fine. BODY: Body is good. Please see pictures. The black exterior paint gives the car very good presence. OTHER: Car runs and drives good. Miles may seem high at first but IT'S A VOLVO! Overall car has very good presence. IMPORTANT: This car is located in our Georgia storage location for ease of delivery. The sale will take place using state of FLORIDA paperwork the car is only delivered in GA. If you take delivery in Florida, than you would have to pay sales tax accordingly in Florida. This way you pay your sales tax when you register your car in your state. The above vehicle is located in our Georgia storage and will be delivered to you in the state of Georgia OUT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA BUYERS: Your winning bid includes all fees. You will pay sales tax in your state at the time of registration as long as we deliver the car to you outside of Florida (in this case we will do this in GA). THE TITLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE will be given to you at the time of delivery after full payment is confirmed with verified funds (You will also be issued temporary License Plate and Registration good for 30 days - no additional fees for this). FLORIDA RESIDENTS: You will pay sales tax at time of purchase to the dealership and your title will be processed through the state of FLORIDA and may take up to 30 days to be mailed to you directly from the state. A $250.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the end of the auction and we will invoice you for this. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the end of the auction.
