Up for auction we have a 1985 Chevy custom deluxe 4x4. Little truck runs great and looks great as well. I have put many new parts and new paint on the little truck this last fall. These pictures were taken Saturday, January 29, 2011 and as you can see it is one sharp looking truck. Over ten thousand (10,000.00) invested. Here is some of the things we have done this past year and I'm sure I'm leaving some things out. Motor completely rebuilt with roughly 350hp. It has been completely rewired and has cold air. All sensors have been replaced; new plugs, wires, belts, and a holly carb. Radiator and radiator housing have been replaced along with the alternator, starter with new cables, new instrument panel, clutch, throw out bearing, pressure plate. The truck also has new 4 inch suspension lift kit with new Mickey Thompson 12x 15 wheels and new 33x12.50 tires. The truck has had front alignment and rides an drives like or even better than a new one. New paint is new this fall and is a base coat, clear coat, champagne gold. While it isn't a perfect it still shines like new money. We also removed the bed and painted the frame. As you can see in the pictures the truck could use new door panels recovered. Would cost about $300.00. I've just run out of time to do anymore. You will not be disappointed the way the truck rides and drives. Also as you can see the running gear has been replaced... The speed odometer shows about 91,000 miles but it has actually 108,000 miles on the truck. So as you can see most of the work has been done to make super truck. I drive this truck 50 miles a day back and forth to work... We have lowered the reserve since the first listing.
