Vehicle Detail

Time to sell my baby. She’s been my special date night car, cruise the boulevard on sunny day car, and take her to the show car circuit for the past 10 years. We’ve had a lot of fun together, but it’s time for someone else to enjoy her as much as I have. She’s a solid Texas car out of Fort Worth and is a beauty you’ll have to see to believe. She not only looks great, she’s a runner too. Dependable daily driver with the deep, throaty growl of American muscle and the horse power to back it up. Clear title, and registered as a Texas Antique. Drivetrain: Engine builder Casey Henson. Engine is a Gen VI 454 standard bore roller, with Edelbrock heads and intake, Crane cam # 168731, Comp roller tip rocker arms 9.5 to 1, and a 700 double pumper. Never spun over 6000 RPM. New GM HEI. Ceramic Hooker headers, 2 ½” pipes and Flowmasters. Aluminum water pump, chrome alternator, and stainless fasteners. High torque starter. Modine heavy duty 4 core radiator. Twin Spal electric fans hard lined to switch, but easily wired for thermostat operation. Dry cell battery is nicely tucked away in the trunk using 00 welding leads. Fresh turbo 400 with Trans-go shift kit. TCI stall converter. Hurst Quarter Stick is in it, but have a GM "T" handle factory console shifter that goes with it. Interior: Original 68 vintage Bench seat, clean seat belts, un-cut dash, and perfect headliner. Dash pad in great shape. Rear package tray a little faded adding patina, along with original rear bumper, steering wheel, and slight bend in the fret work of the grill. Radio worked when windshield was installed with original dash speaker. New windshield with in-glass antenna. New Year One weather stripping and felts. Original steering wheel and column is original and still have shift handle. Body: Beautiful black, polyurethane paint, color sanded to remove orange peal with clear coat with the orange peel sanded out. Paint Nitto tires and American Racing wheels that are nicely off set. Original ‘74 steering box. Original 68 vintage. 2 inch drop springs up front with sway bar. New heavy duty 5 leaf rear springs atop a 10 bolt posi with 308 gears. Goodmark, steel cowl induction hood. Original ‘74 steering box Interior is original 68 vintage. 2 inch drop springs up front with sway bar. New shocks and brakes. New wiper motor. Original spare. 4 dog bowl hub caps. New gas tank and sending unit. Original rubber floor mat, as I was undecided on color of carpet I wanted. Some original paperwork to include original title. Always adult owned and driven. Yea, I’ve spun the tires a few times, but never raced or dogged it out. Tub it and run it, show and shine, clone it, drag race, or put it back factory stock. With the 308’s can be driven with reasonable economy, but floor it, and she runs hard. Make it your own. Winner responsible for shipment. Please look at the pictures, and feel free to ask questions. Will eventually need driver half pan in floor. Repair panel included. The rest is quite solid, to include the trunk. I have done my best to honestly describe the car. No lies will be told to sell the car. No warranty written or implied. Thanks and good luck. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHnuXWgDChk
