Vehicle Detail

EBAY cancelled my listing because I did not state that this truck has a salvaged title. The right front end was wrecked and completely repaired by a Body shop. There is no residual issues with the Right front end. It was a minor accident but it makes the title "rebuilt". Also, I realize that the engine pic I put on there was from my old 2001 Dodge Dually. Sorry about that. This has the original 12Valve engine, not the 24 as shown in the pics. In my haste to list the pics, I just grabbed the pics I had on my computer of my truck. Again, sorry. Good luck to all. Well I finally have to sell my 96 4x4 diesel. I'm moving out of state and am not taking the truck. Overall it's been a good truck for me and I'll miss it. This auciton is for the truck, no reserve. Highest bidder will win. About the truck. It has the 6 cylinder cummings with about 300K mi on the engine and drivetrain. I have the front driveshaft off cuz i never use four wheel drive, better mpg. It DOES come with the truck. It has good air conditioning and heating. Wipers work as should, everything seems to work as I can recall. I've put alot of miles on this truck, mostly highway as I love to drive pickups. I don't haul or tow anything with this truck. It does NOT have a gooseneck or fifth wheel hitch in it. It has a sprayed in liner in the back and has the matching topper. The door to the camper shell "slides" to the left or right sometimes when you open it, you just slide it back and it lines up well. Hard to explain that. I just put 4 brand new aggressive traction tires on it last year and they don't have 2K miles on them, i think I paid $950 for them. I bought a Ford F350 4x4 diesel and started driving it most of the time. Just couldn't sell my old girl though. Now, I'm moving and she has to go. The Bad: She has sat the last year with minimal driving and the transmission is not performing the way it should. It kind of slips around alot. I drove it for half and hour and it never got better. It moves and drives but slips in and out of the higher gear, like Drive. It does fine in low gear taking off and getting up to speed but then can't decide whether it wants to go into the last drive gear or not. Slips back and forth. So, I can't trailer her to Texas so I have to sell her quickly. She has a clear oklahoma title and will go to the highest bidder. I'm making this a 5 day auction as I need to sell her quick. I'm moving most of my things from Oklahoma this weekend the 3rd, and the rest by the 15th of Feb so the truck will have to be picked up by the 14th of Feb. No exceptions. It also has to be trailered as the tranny wont go into the cruising gear and I doubt anyone wants to drive any substantial distance at 35 mph. :) Anyway, good solid truck and with the transmission issue settled will provide someone with a decent truck to get around in. The paint is old and scratched in a few places but the power windows, doors, and power seat (driver) works fine. Good luck and happy bidding. God bless. On Feb-03-11 at 04:26:53 PST, seller added the following information: It's still bitterly cold here and 9 inches of snow on the ground, extremely unusual for us so getting photos is proving demanding. I did however peek in the rear of the truck, lifted the topper door and did NOT see any holes in the bed. I'll look again and hope to have a pic of it this afternoon. Depends on what time I get home as I'm on call. I'll try get them up tonight. Thanks
