Vehicle Detail
1973 Ford Mustang Convertible 351 Cleveland V8 Automatic Motorized convertible top Leather Interior approx 103000 miles VIN - 3F03F102643 Rear Spoiler Mag Wheels Clean Inside and out I am listing this car for my sister and her husband. It has been in storage for 4 years and is a very well maintained and beautiful car ready for a sunny day! It was thoroughly checked out and is ready to be a daily driver or with a little work can be a nice show car. I have posted several pictures of the car but if you would like to see more pictures (or specific areas), I would be happy to take and send them to you. Any questions, please ask. Some minor items with the car - the odometer says 103,000 but is currently not working (was working about 2 years ago). Very small radiator leak (pinhole size). On Feb-02-11 at 20:02:38 PST, seller added the following information: On Feb-02-11 at 21:15:19 PST, seller added the following information: I've added some more pictures as seen above. Some more information on the car (corrections). The interior is Vinyl and NOT leather. There are 3 small 'bubble' spots that don't show up in the pictures (size of about a quarter) between the passenger door and rear fender. The trunk has been re-done with a 'rhino-type' material (as pictured) and is solid. Please ask if you want details on aything else I have left out. Thanks for looking! On Feb-05-11 at 16:24:29 PST, seller added the following information: Added on Sat 2/5/11 Upon further inspection of the vehicle there is a paint chip about the size of a 1/2 dollar on the driver's side door. Also shown in the new pictures are the bubble spots between the passenger door and rear fender. Being car novices and being pointed out by a bidder, it was brought to our attention that the VIN on this vehicle shows that it originally had a 302. When they purchased the car, they were told it had a 351 Cleveland (which still may be the case). We are trying to figure out the difference and if we can tell if it really is a 351 replacement engine. On Feb-05-11 at 16:40:25 PST, seller added the following information: Other minor items to mention: * The right turn signal DOES work, however the light on the dash does not blink or come on. * There is a Ford Mustang Radio in the dash yet it does not power on - not sure if it is unhooked. * The heater blower does not come on.
