READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY! This was my mothers vehicle. It is being sold to help settle her estate. There is a bank lien on the title. Vehicle will be paid off from the proceeds of the EBay sale and clear title will be given to the new owner as soon as all paperwork is completed by the bank and estate attorney. Bill of sale will be given immediately upon payment of winning bid. I have had the oil changed (Synthetic) and the tires rotated, aligned and balanced. As far as I know there is nothing wrong with this vehicle - it is still being driven. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed and all funds cleared before delivery of the vehicle. Due to recent bank check fraud there will be a hold time of at least 1 week AFTER deposit of the check to allow the funds to clear the banking system until the vehicle can be scheduled for pickup or delivery. Additional Fees and Taxes Both Georgia residents and Out-of-State buyers are responsible for any and all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Registration and Title Upon a successful auction close and receipt of all monies due, the Seller will provide the Buyer a completed Bill of Sale and transfer the existing vehicle title over to the Buyer. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to apply for the title transfer as dictated by their particular state. Some states require a specific instrument be signed by the Seller. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ascertain this and provide the document. Vehicle License Tags Automobile license tags are retained by the Seller in Georgia. The Buyer is responsible for obtaining any required license tag from the state the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle at the Buyer’s expense. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate but insist that you have the vehicle inspected at your expense prior to shipment. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is to be shipped, the Buyer will arrange for an inspection at his/her expense prior to such shipment.
