Up for bids is a 1963 Willys truck. I am not positive it is a 1963 since I do not have a title for it. I looked up the vin number and the book said that 1962 ended production with 74600. So give or take it is either a late 1962 or early 1963 truck. I have not worked on this truck, but think with a little bit of tinkering it would be running. The motor turns over with the key and a battery installed. The transmission is in neutral, but I could not get it to go into gear. It is cold here so that might be part of the problem. The transfer case shifts in and out of 4x4 and from low to high range. The pictures show the condition of the truck. I do know it is missing the upper radiator hose, door window glass on both sides, tailgate, front bumper, one headlight, drivers door handle, and gas cap. The floors are pretty rusty as seen from the picture, but can be repaired. The truck does have the frame covers that cover the frame at the bed section of the truck. The items in the back of the truck are not included in the auction. This would be an excellent candidate for a complete restoration. The truck has chrome on the doors that accents the white.
