Up for auction is a very solid 1971 Chevrolet Cheyenne shortbox fleetside 2wd. If you are looking for an exellent deal on a Cheyenne shorty this might be the rig for you. This truck originaly came out of dry central Oregon. The truck still wears it's original paint and trim! The bumpers and grill shell have been replaced. This shorty is very solid! It has two small bubbles on the drivers rocker panel and some small dings hear and there. The original 350 was ditched in favor of a healthy rebuilt 1968 427/390hp that was bored .30 over w/forged pistons,aggressive hyd camshaft,Edelbrock RPM AIR GAP intake,Holley street avenger carb,HEI,MSD,Headers,4 core radiator,dual electric fans,TH350 w/shift Kit,12blt 3.73 posi,3inch exhaust with Flowmasters. The truck runs and drives great with plenty of power to spare!! The running gear has a est 4500 miles. The interior is an original white houndstooth with tach dash w/vacume gauge,tilt column,corvette comfort grip steering wheel. The seat could use a new cover,the dash is stock and uncut with original am radio. This rig has also been pro lowered by a local tire and wheel shop. Also has real 20x10 American torq thrust wheels. So far the truck has had over $16k in upgrades added too it. The paint has it's wear marks were the paint has been buffed through. But over all looks great for it's age!
