1971 Dodge Challenger RT 4 Speed Plum Crazy Prple Here is the real deal 71 Challenger RT 4 Speed with the factory FC7 Paint Code!! 383 Big Block Car was originally a 340 car now it has a 383 Big Block Honest History of the Car: I had been looking for a real plum crazy show car for quite sometime. I am pretty anal when it comes to classic cars, for I have a few other 100 point show cars currently. I purchased this car several months ago with being told it was a Show Car. I paid $35,000 for it. Once I received the car I felt it was inaccurately described. I can not call it a show car. I consider a show car to be a car that is trailered to a show not driven. This car I would honestly describe as a very nice driver. Take to local shows and probably do very well with it but not what I was looking for. The interior has been gone thru with new seat cushions and covers, new carpet, the dash has been completely redone, the gauges and trim are all in great shape. There is a hairline crack in the windshield at the top by the rear mirror that runs about 4 inches and is only visible from the inside (stress crack). Not visible at all from the outside. The doors, seats, and headliner are great. The exterior is all pretty straight, doors and trunk close tight and line up perfectly. The hood lines up pretty good it can be tweaked to get it perfect. The paint is fresh as of 6 months ago. The paint job is good. From 5 feet away it looks like a 10 on a scale of (1-10), near perfect but once up close you can see some thicker spots only on the hood and trunk. Like I said I am anal and wanted a show car that’s perfect. The paint will pass for local shows and meets. The engine and engine compartment are near perfect, extremely clean the engine runs great! Transmission is perfect! Has Electronic ignition starts right up. I have driven it only about 20 miles since I bought it everything ran and sounded great. I encourage you to call or email with any questions and I want you to be satisfied with the purchase there are a lot of scams out there as I feel I got taken on this one and therefore offering at a $11,000 loss right off the bat.
