I am relisting this items as Ebay removed it without reading my description of title issue. I have owned this car for 10 years with minimal driving as I have another driver. I bought the car off Ebay with previous title issues but the car has a clear California Title at this point in time. Over the last year I have put about 5k into the car, including fuel tank/fuel system flush, numerous sensor replacements, brakes amongst other items. I have also upgraded the shifter nob and pedals (see photos). Tires are 80-90%, exterior paint is very nice, interior has the typical Lotus leather pulling that is of this vintage. There is wearing on the drivers seat on the upper corner which is typical for this car when one gets in and out, this can be repaired by a leather specialist for about $100. I have made the reserve on this car reasonable. Air conditioning is not working but the heater is fine, passenger window motor needs to be repaired or replaced. The car has a $900 clear coat on the front end and the windows have been tinted. Seller has the right to terminate auction should it be sold by other means. Shipping at buyers expense, seller will help arrange shipping should it be necessary. On Jan-12-11 at 20:42:20 PST, seller added the following information: Regarding the title, this car was a stolen car that had been partially stripped. The owner before me put it back together and I got the clear title with a DMV inspection, that is why there was a previous scrap title. On Jan-13-11 at 16:27:22 PST, seller added the following information: One more thing I forgot. I put a new catalytic converter in it a year ago when it had trouble passing smog. There was no longer a problem after this install was done. This was an expensive item as it was not an aftermarket part but an origional Lotus part.
