1985 MERCEDEZ-BENZ 380 SL EXTREMELY NICELY KEPT 105,836 MILES *We purchased this car in 2005 at an estate sale of a retired Fire Fighter that had passed away. The vehicle had been kept in a garage it's whole life and rarely driven. It is complete, no rust or body damage and in great condition. Even the paint is original! The interior is perfect there is NO worn spots or tears. We have only put 10,000 miles on the car in our five years of ownership and the car has remained garage kept. The wheels on the car are chrome 15" Mercedes off of a newer model with new tires. The original wheels were 14" and the spare is the original, in pristine condition and has never been on the car. The soft top still looks new. THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR PLASTIC COVER OVER THE DOOR STEP IS CRACKED, THIS IS PURELY A COSMETIC PIECE, YOU CANNOT SEE THIS UNLESS THE DOOR IS OPEN. *This is a GREAT find! The car cost $43,820 in 1985 and current NADA value is $26,700. It is very difficult to find this vehicle in such amazing shape with low miles and still be all original to keep it's value.
