1981 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ-45 imported from Australia in 2007. This is a 1981 FJ45 1 Ton from Australia Right Hand Drive. E-Bay will not allow me list this as a 1981 do to the VIN # IT IS NOT A 1960 This is my beloved FJ45 due to unforseen issues I'm am forced to sell my toys. I started doing a restoration on the vehicle. Many new parts still in original packages and boxes and all used parts that have been replaced are also included. The original odometer reading at purchase was 0156992 km, the speedometer was not working at time of purchase. A local shop in Tucson redid the whole guage cluster including setting the odometer to 000000. The current odometer reading is 006642, I've only put less than 7000 km since I've purchased it. The vehicle does show some surface rust. My intentions were to rebuild the engine, transmission/transfer case, convert front axle to dics brakes as the FJ came equipped with factory drum brakes and then paint the whole vehicle. Pros The cruiser is in overall very good to excellant condition for it's age. The engine runs very strong and starts on the first turn of the key. Transmission shifts smoothly in all gears. Transfer case and 4x4 works perfectly. Two 12V Gel batteries Thousands of dollars worth in new parts that have not been installed. New Parts Non US wing window parts seals and felt Shackle kit with grease fittings and silicone bushings Complete seat covers Complete front axel rebuild kit Complete rear FF axle rebuild kit Rag joint steering coupling Center arm rebuild kit Too many additional parts to list.... Cons Front axle with drum brakes. All parts are included to convert to disc brakes and to rebuild the front axle. Surface rust needs attention no cancer or holes. No power steering or air conditioning. Rear full floating axle outer seal on right hand side has small leak (new rebuild kit for FF axle included) Willing to sell worldwide shipping is the buyers responsibility even in the U.S.A. I'm willing to assist with shipping at this end. All shipping costs are buyers responsibility. Willing to do any type of local pick up.
