It is in very, very good condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like a Mercedes is supposed to - solid and smooth. Of course, this one adds uber performance with an AMG-tuned 5.4 liter Supercharged V8 and sport suspension. Its powerful, yet refined. This is a lifetime Nevada / Florida car, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one owner, who obviously took very good care of it. It has just 63,244 original miles on it. Exterior features include 18" AMG alloy wheels, sculpted side skirts, headlamp washers and fog lamps. This exterior is in very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines all around. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. This car has Parktronic. Sensors in both bumpers are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object. The seats are leather, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The carpets, dash, and door panels are all in good shape. Both front seats have power controls with memory. They are also heated and cooled and have the pulse lumbar (massage) function. The rear seat is also nice. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents. This CL55 has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Power Tilt and Telescopic wheel; Cruise control; Cold auto dual-zone air conditioning; BOSE AM/FM/CD changer stereo; Rear defroster, and more. This car was originally equipped with a factory cell phone, but the handset is missing. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, curtain air bags, ESP stability and traction control and ABS. The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. It can be sequentially shifted using the shift lever or by using buttons on the steering wheel. PLEASE NOTE that this AMG does have the Keyless Go option, but the chip card is missing. If you want to make use of this system, you'll have to go to a Mercedes dealer to get a new card (we do not know the cost, sorry). This car also has the ABS suspension ride firmness control system, plus a ride height control. The COMMAND system includes a large , colorful LCD screen. This system is used to control the GPS navigation system, audio system, and more. There ios also a power glass moonroof, HomeLink gate / garage opener, and a power rear sun shade. The books are with the car, and so it the the navigation CD collection. The trunk is clean - just like the rest of the car. it is power operated. This 5.4 liter Supercharged V-8 provides plenty of smooth power, rated at 493 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque. It runs very, very well. Its a good thing the leather seats are soft, because this motor will definitely set you back in your seat. The tires are BRAND NEW. The tool kit is intact. Current mileage on the car is 63,262. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. This car may driven, so mileage will be a little higher by the time the auction is over. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
