DESCRIPTION:

Our 1990 Lincoln Town Car was a recent trade andwould be a great daily driver for work or it would make a great taxi. The car runs and drives very nice and is solid and quiet inside. It needs some mechanical/electronics work on the rear window regulators and the passenger-side power mirror, but everything else seems to work fine. The power seats work and the fabric is in good condition. The door panels are a little rough and the headliner has a couple small spots coming unglued and some dirty spots. The audio system sounds very good and the interior is in good shape overall, but could use a good detail job. The paint outside looks decent from a short distance, but up close you can notice some paint fade and dings in the body. We couldn't find any visible rust on the body, but we didn't look under mouldings, etc. The left front has some cosmetic damage to the bumper, front fender edge and plastic body just above the headlight, but it has all been repaired, although poorly. In spite of the minor cosmetic and mechanical issues, this Lincoln is a good driver that will serve someone well. The tires are like new all around, the brakes are good, the A/C seems to work, but it is so cold here that we can't be sure how cold it would be in hot weather. So, this is not a perfect vehicle by any means, but it is in good to very good condition where it counts...the mechanicals and the driveability.
