Volkswagen Westfalia original Southern California van. Interior; All original,upholstery in excellent condition, no tears or stains. Stove, refrigerator, and sink are all working properly and appear to be unused. No cracks on dash. New speakers, has a CD changer I have never used. Exterior; Most of the paint is original, I have touched up many rock chips and a few other spots with original color paint. No rust. Minor small dings may be removed with paint-less dent removal. The paint is shiny and looks great but does have some wear. I personally would NOT repaint it if I was going to keep it. Mechanical; I do not know if the engine has been rebuilt. I do know that it runs great, does not smoke, leak, make abnormal noise or have any known issues. Starts easily, shifts well, and drives quiet and smooth. Has past smog test.Tires are in fair to good shape do not need to be replaced anytime soon and are correct ply for camper van. The air conditioning system has been completely flush, a new dryer and compressor installed. Previous owner spent thousands at a Volkswagen dealer for brakes,e-brake line, coolant hoses, water pump and other misc. I had the receipts but I thinks they were thrown away at the car wash. I have inspected and cleaned all the brakes they are all VW parts and have at least 60% remaining life. Overall I like this van very much, it is fun driving a classic in this original condition. I am very familiar with vehicles and mechanics, for being 27 years old it is in much better shape than most others. I have the title with current registration and is in my name.
