Up for auction is a 2011 Mercedes Benz ML350 2WD, White with Black interior. This is a lease assumption, so that means you will be taking over my lease payments. The lease has 34 months left allowing 12k mi per year. The new buyer/lessee has to qualify with Mercedes Benz Financial in order to take over the lease. Once buyer/lessee is qualified through MBF then all the paperwork can be filled out. There is a lease transfer fee of $695 to the new lessee, and MBF will collect a payment in advance. The monthly payment is $494 plus tax, depending on where you are located (sales tax) and I will start the bidding at $2000. This is no ordinary lease, this is an employee like deal, that is why the lease payment is so low. The residual value at the end of the lease is $28,756 and total allowable mileage is 36,008 mi.
