Vehicle Detail

1976 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ – w/83k Miles! Exterior: The exterior, as you can see from the pictures is beautiful. It was painted a little over 5 years ago and holds its luster very well. Its not perfect though, up close you can see some blemishes but nothing a very minor wet sand and compound wouldn’t smooth out. Some bubbling under the vinyl top. In its present state, it would however stand very tall at any local car show or cruise night. The only thing that is missing from the exterior the hood ornament needs to be installed. Also, the rear bumper shocks are pushed in about 2 inches. Other than that it presents very well. I’ve included as many pictures as I can to depict the condition of this car. Please ask as many specific questions as you can or want. I’m here to help. Interior: Now the interior of this vehicle is absolutely gorgeous. Other then the fact of trying to keep lint off these seats is the door pull handle on the drivers side is missing the trim piece to the left side. I may locate one before the auction ends. Other then that, as far as I can see, no rips, cracks or hardly any wear whatsoever. Study the pictures, you’ll even notice on the turn signal where is says cruise/dim. They always wear out. Truly amazing inside. Now I didn’t say perfect. Everyone’s version of perfect is different, but for being original, its gorgeous. The radio sometimes loses its station and the rearview mirror is off, but will be installed before it sells. Please ask specifics though, I’m here to help. Drivetrain: It’s the Pontiac 400cu. 4 bbl engine option. Very powerful yet very smooth. I drove the car back from CT. 4 hour ride NO PROBLEM. The only thing I notice is the steering wheel is off center when driving. There is a slight clicking/rattle noise from underneath that you hear at idle. Not all the time just once in awhile. Sounds like an exhaust clamp but not too sure. No big deal, its 34 years old the car. The tranny is tight and shifts great. The carb takes awhile before it warms up and probably needs a good cleaning and adjustment but does run good. But after the car warms up and you punch the gas, you hear the secondaries open up and start to scream. All the brakes, shocks and suspension is tight. The tires are very new and they are the oversized whitewall that just sets off this classic car. There are 5 new tires. Please ask specifics. I’m here to help. In Summation: This is a beautiful example of a 1976 Pontiac Grand Prix LJ. Its 35 years, its not perfect It presents well and runs great. Show or go, at a very low reserve. Please ask me as many questions as you like. I’m selling this car worldwide. Please, if you win the bid, please pay! Payment: $200 non refundable deposit by paypal IMMEDIATELY after auction ends. The rest due in ca$h on delivery in person or certified funds no later then 7 days after auction ends. No exceptions. The car doesn’t have to be picked up within 5 days, just paid for. I can store the car as long as you want for free until you’re ready to pick up. Thank you! If you have ??'s about anything, please ask!! I'm here to help whether you buy it or not!! MAKE ME AN OFFER!
