I'M SELLING THIS GARAGE KEPT 1977 Dodge Powerwagon W150 Club Cab 4X4 shortbed FOR A DEAR FRIEND OF MINE, 64,194 miles, 318 ci with automatic trans. RUNS GREAT ....Factory am radio. All the dash gauges and lights work. Even the seatbelt buzzer works. There is no a/c. Has power disc brakes, power steering, front sway bar. I purchased this truck earlier this year as a one owner with 61k miles. I received the original California pink slip issued in 1979 of which I have a copy. The truck has the original blue and yellow plates. Truck was completely original and passed California smog without any adjustments. There is practically no smog items on this model as it was the first year of the 150 designation. Truck was originally a white truck with blue interior. The truck was disassembled (doors were removed, all glass removed, entire interior removed including metal dash, bed, hood, cowl, valance, inner fender wells, grill, bumpers, etc were all removed. I have photos of the entire build process. The entire truck was block sanded and prepped for paint. Everything was painted Arctic white except the dash and steering column, which were painted satin black. The entire interior was painted including the floor, ceiling and interior of the doors. The interior of the engine compartment including the core support was painted along with the bottom of the hood. The antenna hole in the right fender and 4 stake pockets in the bedrails were welded smooth. The interior of the bed, interior of the tailgate and all four fender wells were painted with red oxide Zero Rust primer before paint. The interior of the bed and tailgate were sprayed with Rhinoliner. The bed interior is very straight. The under side of the bed, the frame, axles and suspension were sprayed with black Chassis Kote frame paint. Truck was reassembled with the following new parts: windshield, windshield rubber, rear window rubber, door seals, felt window channels, window beltline rubbers, taillight lenses and seals, tail gate bumpers. The old three point mirrors were removed, the holes welded and threaded inserts were used for the new style mirrors. Mechanically the following items were replaced: battery, master cylinder, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, fan clutch, aluminum radiator with a Mopar overflow bottle, muffler and tailpipe, locking gas cap, carburetor was rebuilt, rear main seal, both pumpkins were serviced and resealed, the transmission was serviced, the engine oil and filter were serviced. Suspension is stock except an extra leaf on the front to level the truck approximately 1.5”. Rear is stock height. New white off-road shocks and black boots were installed. Original split bench seat was rebuilt with black perforated suede in the seating areas and black vinyl on the sides and center with white double stitching on the perimeter, new black carpet with mass backing, thresholds were polished New LeCarra steering wheel with black leather and polished center New 17” X8.5” chrome wheels with late model Dodge factory size tires 265/70R17. Front bearings were packed and all twenty wheel studs replaced along with new lug nuts, included is the original 15”X5.5” steel wheels and no hub caps. The spare is installed on the original steel wheel. I also have a set of used rear jump seats and the wall panels in factory black that are salvageable. The truck was originally ordered without rear seats. The carpet goes all the way to the rear panel and has plastic filler floor panels on the sides instead of seats.
