I bought this vehicle last April and have put 11 k miles on it since.When I purchased it I put on brand new tires , rear brake pads , new battery and a new serpentine belt.I also had the transmission completely rebuilt at a shop in Fort Myers.It is still under warranty until mid April 2011.I purchased the truck to bring myself and my tools to Pennsylvania to renovate a family property.The job is done and I just got back two days before Christmas .The truck ran great on the 1200 mile trip from Pittsburgh to Naples.Since being back I put on new front rotors and brake pads. I purchased the vehicle from the second owner who bought it with 40 k miles. He had a long commute to work and most of the miles were accumulated on the Florida highways.This is an XLT with the sport option which is mainly painted bumpers and different seats.It also has rear disc brakes and a 2 inch reese hitch. It is equipped with the 5.4 triton motor .The motor starts easily and idles smoothly.It has a lot of power with NO noises and NO smoke.It has NO major oil leaks.The oil presssure is very good.This is a very tight truck which drives excellent.The interior is in good shape with no rips or tears although there is some wear on the drivers seat. The seats are 60/ 40 split with armrest / storage compartement.It has small overhead console with thermometer and compass.It has very cold AC and the heater works well.It has power windows , power locks , cruise , tilt and aftermarket CD player all of which work well. It does NOT have sunroof or power seats.It also has spray in bedliner and Centerline rims.When I bought vehicle it had original paint with some small dings and scratches.I had them fixed and painted the entire left side of truck and the right bed side with BASF basecoat / clearcoat.The color match was performed by computer and is dead on.It looks good and most people wouldn't even notice the paintwork but of course it's not showroom new. In the pictures it look like it has an orange tint but in person it's bright red. It's a sharp truck and draws lots of compliments.It is extremly clean underneath as most Florida cars are(see pics ).I have tried to describe this truck accurately and I believe it to be a good vehicle but due to it's age and mileage it is being sold "AS IS " with no warrany expressed or implied.I drive this car daily so the mileage may increase.Please feel free to ask questions or arrange in person inspections.I have a clean and clear Florida title in my name.
