Up for sale is our beautiful Targa with approx. 104xxx miles. The car is silver metallic with a CanCan (Red) Leather sport seat interior. We have the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity which also shows the car was built with the sport seat interior that was fitted to the Turbo models, a short shift 5 speed, limited slip differential and sport suspension. The car has been repainted once by the second owner and shows well, but is not show quality. It is a driver and has modest knicks and scratches in spots but nothing that detracts from pride of ownership. The car sports Michelin Pilot tires with lots of tread remaining. The original Blaupunkt radio was acting up so there is a new CD deck with quality speakers. The Targa top is in great condition and does not leak on the rare occassion the car gets caught out in the rain. All maintenance is up to date and car is in ready to enjoy condition. We bought the car approximately 2 1/2 years ago from the 2nd or 3rd owner (I cannot remember). Only reason for sale is we are considering buying a building for our business and are considering selling some of the toys to help invest in that venture. Since our ownership we have replaced the alternator, voltage regulator and battery. We have also replaced all window switches. We also had the windshield and headlight washer system repaired. We replaced all decklid struts front and rear. We replaced the front windshield due a heat stress fracture. ALL fluids have been replaced and maintained regularly. Also replaced front wheels bearings and brake calipers. Car has been serviced at AutoHaus in Yorktown, Virginia. Prior owner had A/C serviced and charged and A/C Blows cool, like most or all 911s of this vintage. Please email with questions. Will assist with the logistics for the serious buyer to arrange a PPI. This 911 is extremely solid and drives extremely well. It is not perfect and I am not asking a perfect price. Thanks in advance for your questions and your interest.
