1970 RS Z28 PROJECT-PARTS? 1) This is a real 70 RS Z. It is missing the original motor and trans. Also missing, radiator, lower back seat and cowl tag. I know what it sould say though. I was told it was stolen many years ago by the previos owner. 2) Car still has 12 BOLT POSI. I think it's 3:73 but I can't read the stamp. Rear sway bar brakets still there as are the chrome exhaust tips. 3) Still has original 3/8 fuel line and quick ratio power steering box. 4) Still has original hurst shifter with reverse lockout rod. {see pic} 5) Has the original gas pedal,bolt to the floor z type. {see pic} 6) Has the original Air cleaner and distibutor which were in the trunk. Distributor 2019 0-A-21, 530 CCW spins free.{ See pics for both} 7)Has original 6500 tach and gauges and 4 speed console. 8) 4 speed pedals and bellcrank and frame bracketall there. Fan shroud is in the trunk. 9) NEEDS A TOTAL RESTORATION or great for z28 specific parts. The floors, trunk and front of the pass rear frame rail are all rusted. Rockers and window chanels are solid. Needs quarters and fenders. RS nose is all there. Car was originally code 43 Citrus green with black stripes. You can still see the strips on the edge of the hood.All glass is there. CAR IS SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. IT is sold with a BILL OF SALE ONLY. NO TITLE or old registration. Car is rough but real.I have owned 5 other 70 Z's and it is what i state here. I will make sure that the tires are pumped up and help with loading if your far away and sending a trucking co. Please feel free to ask questions. I will answer them honestly.
