Up for auction is a 1973 Chevy Monte Carlo with a 396 big block !! The engine is of 69 vintage as is the turbo 400 trans mission . Engine code is T0313TJK which is originally from a 69 Chevelle ! The motor has been completely rebuilt by a reputable shop in my area . Milage on motor since rebuild is about 8,000 miles .It has a set supper comp headers , Eldebrock dual plane intake with a 770 Holley Carb .Transmission has also been rebuilt and has a mild shift kit .The body on the car is in good shape with very little rust !! Rust is minimal on bottom of doors and in trunk around seams ( in spots ) otherwise in good solid shape . I had purchased a Energy suspension kit which was all bushings , tie rod ends , springs , sway bars , center link , control arm etc ! All have been installed minus the rear control arm bushings due to lack of time . Tires Firestone Fire Hawks and have at least half life . Paint is faded and has patina look . Interior is complete but seats came from another car and are maroon where the original color is dark blue . I have new seat covers in black and go with car if sold ! There are many other parts that will come with also . The car has a/c and works but needs a charge ! I have put a lot of time and money into this car and it is almost there , just needs the final touches . The car has passed nys inspection with no issues ! I currently drive vehicle and never an issue ! Need to sell so good bidding !
