Up for bids is a 1949 Willys Cj-3a. The vehicle is complete, but the transmission needs to be re-installed. I purchased the vehicle with the transmission out in hopes of restoring it, but too many projects forces sale. The engine rolls over by hand and should run. The body is in decent shape for the year. It has diamond plating floor in the cargo area. Newer best top soft top and lock-in lock-out hubs. The electrical system has been upgraded and a 12v alternator is installed. A tow bar is included with the sale. I do not have a title for this vehicle but can check into getting one if buyer desires. This is an early Cj3a since the production started at 10000. This makes it the 1,666 one produced. I reserve the right to end the auction early due to being for sale locally. Any questions feel free to ask. Local pick-up only unless buyer arranges shipping.
