1957 THUNDERBIRD NO RESERVE!!! Due to health and age, I'm no longer able to complete the restoration on this car; however, I have most of the NEW parts to complete such as, sill plates, striker plates, all new tubing for fuel & vacumn in the engine compartment, original right side mirrow, all new weather stripping for doors and piller post and numerous small parts. I have installed new trunk mat, reproduction radio AM/FM Cassette, sun visors and brackets, quartz clock, new foam in the seat, which appears to be leather, tail lights and trim, and FORD battery and heater blower motor. Car is equipped with 3 tops, hard top, tanuel, and NEW convertible top. AC system pictured is antiquated, I purchased a NEW system New in Box, this is not GENERIC UNIT!!! Is made especially for the LITTLE birds. Looks like there has been one re-paint original color sky mist blue, and I believe enamal. The interior is dark blue, all tops are white. There are three issues on this car, which are two SMALL cracks on top of passenger door, that is all body work required rest of body looks good and straight. The only rust I could find is under the master cylinder where fluid has leaked (surface rust only). This transmission leaks on both ends: however, it shifts and drives good. This is an ex California car with no body rust, no patch panels and is ROCK SOLID!!! I,m sure that I missed a lot of details. The car is in my garage, if you ask I will give you my HONEST opinion, one way or another. Please have a beautiful Holiday Season, and hope Santa Claus is good to you.
