Simply one of the finest sedans ever made and true delight to drive. Until one month ago, this car was driven several times a week and made a trip from Indiana to Boston this summer (in the extreme heat we had) without a glitch. New tires, wheel bearings, and rear shocks just before the trip. In early November, it began to idle roughly, but did not seem down on power. I replaced the wires and spark plugs, but no improvement. So I took her to a trusted shop, figuring one or more of the the fuel injectors had clogged. They gave me the bad news -- no compression in two of the eight cylinders. I do not have the resources to undertake the engine work required at this point, so I'm letting the car go at no reserve. The car is clean inside and has would be a good restoration candidate for someone who recognizes the greatness of this model. It may also need a starter or flywheel, as it will sometimes just groan when the key is turned to start it. Sadly the car will probably end up being parted out, but I have to get it sold. It is located in Terre Haute, Indiana, close to Interstate 70. $200 deposit by Paypal at the end of the auction, the balance must be paid before or at pickup. Car cannot be safely driven, bring a trailer or use a shipper.
