For Sale is this 2004 Grand Touring Edition RX-8 with a 6 speed manual transmission. The car is in great shape and has aftermarket 18 inch wheels with new tires and cat back stainless steel exhaust system. The drivetrain on the car is flawless and it runs and drives like new. We are selling the car due to lack of use. It mainly sits in the garage because we have kids heavily involved in sports, leaving us no time to enjoy this great car. This car is a real joy to drive and you will not believe how smooth this rotary engine runs. Options on the car are as listed- full power sunroof, 6 disk in dash cd player, controls on the steering wheel for the radio and cruise, two tone seats front and rear, embroidered RX-8 floor mats, Grand touring package which includes upgraded suspension, rear wing, side ground effects and front bumper splitter. You will notice that this car looks much more aggressive than your standard RX-8 due to all the extras. The exhaust is full stainless with 2 mufflers in place of the single transverse muffler. This exhaust outflows the stock and sounds more aggressive without being too loud. The windows have been professionally tinted but are only tinted to 50%.... I believe this is legal in most states. I have this car for sale locally so I may end the auction early. I have seen similar cars without all the extras sell for more. This car books for $13,500 so my buy is now is well below book value. My loss your gain!!! I have included one picture of the car that shows a mark on the rear exhaust shroud where at one time the exhaust was too close to the plastic and it discolored and melted it a bit. Since the exhaust is after market and it has bigger tips you can't really see it....in the spirit of full disclosure I wanted to be sure to include this flaw in the description.
