I am selling my 1992 Mercedes Benz 300 SD with 139xxx miles. It gets 20 city /30 hwy mpg and is extremely well built. It has special soundproof doublepane windows, power everything (all mirrors), Bose, Leather, wood trim, In great mechanical order. This is the most comfortable vehicle to drive. It has dual heated seats, car phone, dual climate control, AC works great, and much more. The car was never in an accident. Spare tire and toolkit included. I am the 2nd owner of this vehicle! it says third due to the original owner passed away and family took it in will and sold it to me. All maintence done by liscenced Benz mechanics and needs no work. those pics are the only ones i could find of the rust or paint chips. The rust is bubbling very small amounts under the paint in the following locations-near front fender, pass door, rear fender in 2 small spots. The largest spot by far is the one on the door and its not gigantic-see for yourself in the pictures. the maintence sheets show how it was mechanically taken care of. The oil changed every 3k, radiator flushed, etc. Its really a gem - too expensive for me. I need money as im getting married soon and the soon to be wife doesnt want the benz. Anyways - the problems - the passenger side mirror doesnt electronically fold shut, pass side head rest doesnt move, and the rear headrests dont move, the first aid kit is missing, and the CD changer cassette to house the cd's is missing too. There's a bulb thats out on the left side of the gauge cluster and sometimes a light on the dash comes on that means an exterior lightbulb is out. Everything else is good - there is a plug in for a block heater too. 5 keys are included - 2 big ones but they need batteries for the keyless entry to work. This car does have Bose surround sound speakers from the factory. It had the engine fixed - as these 300SD motors were known to lack strength in the piston department-if you do research on this car - it was a problem and MB had a silent recall. This work to the engine with stronger pistons was done so you wont have to worry about it. And the transmission was recently fixed - within 500 miles ago. All work done at Pelham Bros in Clinton, IA. All maintenance kept and ready to show. The car will need tires soon - especially if driven in the north. 500USD deposit required within 2 days and full payment at the end of 7 days.
